About
Google Workspace is Google's cloud suite for business email, calendars, file storage, documents and video meetings, run as one tenant with one Admin console and one sign-in. AEC firms use it as the office layer beside their project tools. Staff accounts and groups live in the tenant, and construction and design platforms connect to it for sign-on, email capture and file sync. Each app (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Meet, Chat, Calendar) has its own record in this catalog and is filed as an extension of this one.

- Business Development
- BD teams run pursuits from Gmail, Calendar and Meet and keep go/no-go and pipeline trackers in Sheets.

- Many AEC platforms accept Workspace as the SAML identity provider, so one Google account signs staff into the project stack.

- Marketing teams co-write proposals, statements of qualifications and project sheets in Docs and Slides.
- Shared drives hold the firm's project photography and brand assets for reuse across pursuits.
