• Holds the employee record for the whole firm — office staff and craft alike — so headcount, org structure and job data sit in one place across regions and legal entities.
• Runs recruiting and onboarding for hard-to-fill AEC roles (estimators, PMs, superintendents) and hands the hired worker straight to payroll without re-keying.
• Carries training and qualification records in the learning module, which is where HR goes when a client or a regulator asks for proof of competency.
• Localization maintained in 100+ countries covers firms running projects through foreign subsidiaries with their own labour rules.

IT & Systems Administration

• Owns the OData v2/v4 and REST APIs and the API Center — OAuth API users, permissions, rate limits and audit logs are how every downstream integration gets its data.
• Runs the plumbing between HR and the rest of the stack (ERP, payroll bureau, data warehouse), which is where most AEC-side SuccessFactors work actually happens.
