Constor runs AI quantity takeoff on PDF plans for HVAC and insulation contractors. It detects piping, ductwork, valves, equipment and surfaces across the drawings and extracts their quantities in minutes. Once the takeoff is checked, it lifts the detected networks into a 3D view that can be orbited to check routing or shown to the client. The takeoff exports as a structured table for the quote or ERP. Plans emailed to Constor start detection automatically.
