Your dashboard
The vendor portal's tabs, what the Vendor Overview shows, each product's overview, and the banner you see when a Managed plan ends.
Last updated 13 October 2026
The vendor portal opens on your company's Vendor Overview. It shows what needs your attention across your company and every product, so you can start there each time you sign in.
The tabs
Your company's tabs are:
- Vendor Overview, described on this page.
- Profile, your company details. See Editing your profile and products.
- Products, every product listed under your company, each with its checklist progress and plan.
- Messages, your requests, change requests and notifications. See Notifications and messages.
- Changes, every change to your listings and who made it. See Your change history.
- Seats, the people with access to your account. See Your seat.
Open a product from Products and the tabs change to that product's own: Product Overview, Profile, Categories, Trades, Audiences, Phases, Integrations and Reviews. A connector product also has a Catalog tab. The Back to link above the product name returns you to your company's tabs.
Every page has a View public page link, which opens the listing as buyers see it.
The Vendor Overview
The overview has three parts.
At a glance
Three tiles sit across the top:
- Views reads "Coming soon". Performance reporting is not available yet. Plans says what it will show.
- In conflict counts the data flows on your products where the companies' answers disagree. It reads "No conflicts" when there are none. When there are some, the tile links to that product's integrations, or to Products when more than one product is affected.
- Suggestions about your listing counts the open corrections that anyone has suggested from your public pages. It reads "None open" when there are none. When there are some, it shows when the newest was filed and links to Messages.
Getting started
Your company's checklist: check your company details, finish each product's checklist, and invite a colleague. Each step finishes when you take the action. Your checklists explains every step.
What needs you
A list of what is outstanding, in two groups. When nothing is, it reads "Nothing needs you right now."
Needs you now holds the items with someone waiting on you. They show on every plan:
- a data flow in conflict,
- a correction someone suggested to your listing,
- a change request on an integration you own, waiting for your decision,
- a request to AEC Integrations to review one of your decisions, waiting for your reply,
- a row another company added to one of your integrations, waiting for your answer.
Worth doing holds the items that would make your listings more complete:
- data flows with no answer from you yet. This needs Managed.
- reviews with no reply from you yet. This needs Managed.
- products missing a description, website, logo or categories,
- a company profile missing a description, website, logo or headquarters,
- seat invites nobody has accepted. Only owners see these.
Each item links to where you act on it. When several products need the same thing, the list shows a few and then "And N more", which opens Products.
A product's overview
Each product opens on its Product Overview. It holds two things:
- Product checklist. Up to four steps for this product. Your checklists explains how they count on each plan.
- This product's plan. The panel says whether the product is on Free or Managed, what each plan includes, and how to ask about Managed. Plans covers both plans.
The product's name at the top of each product page also carries its plan, "Free" or "Managed".
When a Managed plan ends
If your Managed plan ends, a banner reads "Your Managed plan has ended" above the tabs on every page, with the date it ended. It stays until the plan is turned back on, and you cannot dismiss it. It lists:
- Still works. Everything a Free plan includes: your listings stay published, you can edit your company details and each product's description, website, logo and categories, seats keep working, and you can claim and add integrations.
- Now read-only. "How teams use it", the integrations page and API documentation links, trades, audiences and phases, your data flow answers, and integrations delivered through a connector. Nothing is removed, and readers still see it.
Turning Managed back on needs nothing re-entered. Plans covers what else changes when a plan ends.
The portal stays current
While the portal is open in a visible tab, a change a colleague or AEC Integrations makes shows up within a minute, without reloading. That includes a plan starting or ending, which unlocks or locks the matching fields in place. If you have unsaved edits on a form when its record changes, the form keeps your edits and offers to reload. Reloading discards them. The Seats and Changes tabs are the exception: they update when you open them, so reload to see a colleague accept an invite.
