Okta is an identity and access management platform that gives a firm one login, multi-factor authentication and user-provisioning layer across every cloud tool its staff use. The Okta Workforce Identity Cloud bundles single sign-on, adaptive MFA, a universal directory, lifecycle management with SCIM provisioning, identity governance and the Okta Workflows automation engine, and the Okta Integration Network publishes thousands of pre-built app connectors, where construction and design vendors register their SAML and SCIM apps. AEC IT teams use it to grant a new hire or subcontractor access to the whole toolchain at once and revoke it on the last day.
