Google Cloud Platform is Google's public cloud: compute, storage, database, analytics and AI services bought and run inside a Google Cloud project, billing account and console. AEC firms and their software vendors use it mainly as data infrastructure, loading project and cost data into BigQuery, keeping files in Cloud Storage and reporting on them in Looker. Those services have their own records in this catalog and are filed as extensions of this one.
