About
Microsoft Excel is Microsoft's spreadsheet application for organizing, calculating, analyzing and charting data on Windows, Mac, web, iOS and Android. It adds Copilot-assisted formulas and analysis, shared workbooks with real-time co-authoring, and a template library. AEC teams use it as the working surface for estimates, quantity roll-ups, budgets and cross-project reports, often fed live by add-ins and connectors. Workbooks are programmable through the Office JavaScript API for add-ins and the Microsoft Graph Excel REST API.
