About
Power BI is Microsoft's business intelligence platform for building interactive dashboards and reports. Analysts connect it to ERP, project-management, scheduling and field systems through built-in connectors, model the data and publish reports to the Power BI service, Teams and SharePoint. AEC firms use it for portfolio dashboards, job-cost and WIP reporting and KPI tracking across projects, and construction vendors such as Procore, Autodesk, HCSS and Viewpoint publish connectors or data feeds for it.
